Real Estate Agent Websites That Bring Buyers and Sellers to You
A site that is yours, not a profile page on a portal: neighborhood pages you write, listing search through your brokerage's IDX provider, home-value requests from sellers and showing requests that land in your own lead list.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Your brokerage profile looks exactly like every other agent's
Buyers who find you still end up searching on a portal, next to other agents
You know your neighborhoods better than anyone, but nothing online shows it
Seller leads come in as a name and an email, with nothing to go on
Leads from your site, your open houses and your sphere live in three places
Changing a headline means emailing someone and waiting a week
A custom-built website solves every one of these — for good.
Everything Your Real Estate Business Needs
Listing Search Through Your IDX Provider
We embed or link the listing search from the IDX provider your MLS and brokerage approve, styled to match your site, so buyers search on your pages.
Neighborhood Pages
Pages for the neighborhoods and towns you sell in, written in your words: schools nearby, commute, what the homes are like, what you'd tell a friend.
Home-Value Requests
A seller form that asks for the address, home details, timing and photos, so you can prepare a real comparative market analysis instead of guessing.
Showing and Consultation Booking
Buyers and sellers pick a time for a call or showing request. Confirmations go out automatically.
One Lead List
On the Website + Business Suite package, every form, booking and inquiry lands in one customer list with notes and tags, ready for follow-up emails.
Pages You Can Edit
The Business Suite pages editor lets you update headlines, your bio and featured content yourself, without waiting on a developer.
Why an agent site still matters when the portals have the listings
Buyers browse listings on the big portals. They choose an agent another way: a referral, a neighborhood they love, a name they keep seeing. When they look you up, your own site is where they decide whether to call. A brokerage profile page doesn't give them much to go on.
Your site gives them a reason to stay. Neighborhood guides, a clear explanation of how you work with buyers and sellers, and a fast way to ask a question all happen on pages you control, with leads that come only to you.
How listing search works on a custom site
Listing data belongs to your MLS, and the rules for showing it come from the MLS and your brokerage. The right way to put listings on your site is through an approved IDX provider. We set up the provider you choose, match it to your design and place search on the pages where buyers need it. We don't scrape listings.
If your brokerage already gives you an IDX feed or a search widget, we use it. If not, we can help you compare providers, and their monthly fee is separate from Bizfloo's price.
Neighborhood pages for the Triangle
In the Triangle, people search by place: homes in North Hills, townhomes in Cary, new construction in Apex or Wake Forest, condos near downtown Durham. Each neighborhood page you publish is another way for a buyer or seller to find you, and another chance to show you know the area.
We set up the page layout and the first few pages with you. After launch you can add more through the pages editor, a few at a time, as you write them.

Real Estate website FAQ
How much does a real estate agent website cost?
Bizfloo's Website package is $250, Website + Business Suite is $500 and Enterprise starts at $1,000. Most agents who want booking and a lead list fit Website + Business Suite. An IDX provider's monthly fee is separate and paid to that provider.
Can you add MLS listings to my site?
Yes, through an IDX provider approved by your MLS and brokerage. We set it up and style it to match your site. We don't copy listings from other websites.
Do you build websites for teams and brokerages?
Yes. Team sites with agent pages and leads routed to the right person fit the Website + Business Suite package. Staff logins with different roles are part of Enterprise.
Can I write my own neighborhood pages?
Yes. The Business Suite pages editor lets you change text and headlines yourself. We set up the layout and the first pages with you, and you add more over time.
Do my brokerage's branding rules apply?
Usually, yes. Send us your brokerage's guidelines for logos, names and required wording, and we build the site around them.
